Jamie Lynn Wilson

Jamie Lynn Wilson, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Associate Director at the University of Pennsylvania since 2016, where responsibilities include managing policies for the Gene Therapy Program and Orphan Disease Center. Prior to this role, Jamie held positions as Human Resources Operations Manager and Operations Specialist within the same institution. Earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Day & Zimmermann, focusing on candidate management and compliance throughout the hiring process, and as an Ophthalmic Technician at Century Eye Care Ltd. Jamie also served as an Emergency Medical Technician at Newtown Ambulance, providing critical care in emergency situations.
