Olaino Hardaway

Olaino Hardaway currently serves as the Executive IT Director for Technology Services at the University of Pennsylvania, a position held since November 2000. In this role, Olaino collaborates with the Chief Information Officer and the Wharton Computing team to guide and enhance core technology platforms that support a diverse community of over 250 faculty, 900 staff, 5,000 students, and 100,000 alumni. Prior experience includes roles as Senior IT Director, IT Director, and Systems Engineer at Carescience from 1996 to 2000. Olaino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, completed in 1996, and graduated from Meridian High School in 1992.
