Sheila Raman has extensive experience in arts and culture management, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at the University of Pennsylvania since 1999. Prior to this role, Sheila worked as Director of Development at the National Museum of American Jewish History from April 1990 to September 1999 and as Director of the Annual Fund at The Curtis Institute of Music from 1987 to 1990. Sheila's career began at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts as Corporate Assistant in 1986. Sheila holds a BA in Art History, Visual Arts, and Classics from Smith College, where studies were completed from 1982 to 1986, and has further education from the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies since 1985.
