Heather Story Steiness

Heather Story Steiness, PhD, MPH, serves as the Associate Dean of the College of Health Professions at the University of Phoenix, overseeing the Master of Public Health and CAHME-accredited Master of Health Administration programs since September 2019. A co-owner of Sensei Project Solutions since June 2012, Heather also held roles as an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University and as a senior healthcare researcher at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc., where significant contributions were made to the evaluation of quality measures for Medicare and Medicaid. Previous experience includes managing clinical trial and social science studies at The International Breast Cancer Research Foundation and administering HRSA funds for hospital preparedness in Ohio. Heather's academic credentials include a PhD in Global Health from Arizona State University and an MPH in International Health from the University of Michigan.
