Danielle Williams is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in clinical social work and therapy. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Training at the University of Pittsburgh since October 2020, Danielle has previously held various roles, including Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pittsburgh Mercy Health System, where responsibilities included providing individual and group therapeutic services and community integration support. Prior experience includes working as a Licensed Social Worker at Family Resources, focusing on in-home therapeutic services for families, and as an Outpatient Therapist at Mercy Behavioral Health, conducting assessments and creating treatment plans. Danielle holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC San Diego. Additionally, Danielle completed a 16-week Dialectical Behavioral Therapy course in December 2021.
