Edward Telega, P.E., has extensive experience in highway design and engineering education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh since January 2009, Edward teaches a graduate-level course focused on geometric highway design, covering a range of topics including surveying, highway safety, and sustainable development. In addition, Edward instructs the Professional Engineering Exam Review Course for PSPE in Pittsburgh since 2005, guiding Engineers-in-Training in highway-related design principles. As a Civil Engineer and Operations Manager at Michael Baker Jr. since August 1999, Edward has managed various roadway design tasks and project documentation. Edward holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, an MBA from Robert Morris University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
