Mike Rapach

Mike Rapach is a seasoned executive in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Government Programs and President & CEO of CareFirst Community Health Plan Maryland since November 2020, where P&L leadership encompasses Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and ACA health plans across multiple states. In addition to this role, Mike serves as a part-time lecturer in undergraduate business strategy at the University of Pittsburgh since August 2023. Previous experience includes Vice President of Products at PA Health & Wellness, where management of a startup Medicare Advantage plan was a key responsibility, and Vice President of Client Success at TreVia Digital Health. Mike also held senior roles at Highmark, BNY Mellon, and UnitedHealth Group, accumulating extensive experience in product development and IT leadership. Mike holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
