Randy Waldrum is an experienced soccer coach currently serving as the Nigeria Women's National Team Coach for the Super Falcons since October 2020, and also holds the position of Head Women's Soccer Coach at the University of Pittsburgh since January 2018. With a notable background in coaching, Waldrum was the Head Women's Soccer Coach for the Houston Dash from 2014 to 2017 and previously led the Trinidad and Tobago Women's National Team, achieving significant success by advancing to the final game of qualifying for the 2015 Women's World Cup and earning the National Team Coach of the Year award in 2015. Waldrum's career also includes a long tenure as Head Women's Soccer Coach at the University of Notre Dame, where the team won NCAA Division I Championships in 2004 and 2010. Additionally, Waldrum has contributed to the development of players at the U-23 US Women's National Team level and has held various coaching roles in collegiate and professional soccer since the late 1980s.
