Tonia Suber

Tonia Suber, ABD, MS, sHRBP, serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Employee and Labor Relations at the University of Pittsburgh. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Tonia previously held the position of Chief People Officer and VP of People & Culture at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals and served as VP of HR Business Partnerships at Valley Health. Tonia's prior roles also include Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Interim AVP of HR at Inova Health System and HR Director (AVP of Human Resources) at New College of Florida. Tonia earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) ABD in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Organization and Management from Capella University.
