Gary Rees

Gary Rees currently serves as the Head of Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management at the University of Portsmouth and has held the position of Head of the School of Organisations, Systems and People since July 2022. With a background in consultancy at Norwich Union, where evaluation of managerial competences was a key focus, Gary also has experience in people management, merchandising, stock management, and promotions from previous roles at Harrods Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Behavioural Sciences from the University of Wales.
