Gregory Martinez de Riquelme

Gregory Martinez de Riquelme is a seasoned architect and educator with extensive experience in architecture, design, and real estate. Currently serving as the Founding Partner and COO of BioTech Group Ltd since October 2020, and Co-Founder and Director of District One Ltd since November 2017, Gregory also established and leads ARQUINAUT as Founder and Principal. As a Lecturer and Master of Architecture Tutor at the University of Portsmouth since September 2013, Gregory combines professional practice with academic insight. Previous roles include Design Director at Gensler and Senior Design Architect at Archi-tectonics, where contributions were made to significant projects in collaboration with renowned institutions. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Architecture from Columbia University and an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School, complemented by an architectural degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt and an exchange program at Delft University of Technology.
