Neil Hunt

Neil Hunt is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Film & Broadcasting at the University of Portsmouth, where contributions include roles as Teaching Fellow and Creative Skills Tutor since January 2014. Expertise encompasses a variety of video production skills and software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AVID, Pro Tools, Photoshop, and Nuke. Neil has a freelance career as a filmmaker and editor, specializing in short films since August 2006. Prior experience includes serving as a Media/Film Lecturer and Course Leader for A Level Film Studies and BTEC Diploma in Creative Media Production at Fareham College from August 2006 to December 2013. Additional roles include Assistant Director for "The Gloaming" at Keyframe Productions and SRB Assistant at The Portsmouth Partnership. Neil holds an MA in Television Production from Bournemouth University and a BA 1st Class Hons in Drama & Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
