Dr Tessa Lynn

Dr Tessa Lynn is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Reading, currently involved in the Just Neighbourhoods project. Tessa is the founder and Principal Research Consultant at Kingfisher Commons Ltd., specializing in community engagement for often unheard populations. As an Associate at The Consultation Institute, Tessa focuses on enhancing research skills for effective community engagement. Tessa's extensive experience includes multiple postdoctoral research roles at the University of Reading, oversight at Olive Branch Community Gardens, tutoring with The Brilliant Club, and research assistance in various projects related to urban planning and development. Tessa holds a PhD in Real Estate and Planning, an MSc in Urban Planning and Development, and a BSc in Land Management, all from the University of Reading.
