Heather Silk-Jones

Heather Silk-Jones is an experienced facility and operations manager with a strong background in managing support services across educational institutions. Currently serving as the Building Support Services Manager at the University of Reading since January 2017, Heather oversees a team that ensures effective service delivery across multiple campuses.
