Sebastian Anthony Corriere KMP NPS is a seasoned professional in customer experience and telecommunications, currently serving as the Chief Contact Center, Customer Experience, & AI Strategist and Founder of VesuvITas since February 2015. Under Sebastian's leadership, VesuvITas focuses on enhancing the customer experience through a robust consulting framework. In addition to this role, Sebastian contributes as an advisory member for the University of Richmond's Customer Experience Program and serves on the advisory board of BWG Strategy LLC.
