Gianmarco Machiorlatti is an accomplished coach, trainer, and consultant with extensive experience in life and executive coaching, team coaching, and organizational consultancy. Operating under Gianmarco Machiorlatti - Coaching & Training since May 2011, Gianmarco offers expertise in people management, leadership development, and strategic thinking. In addition to this, Gianmarco serves as an associated member of the Talent Coaching Network at Asterys and as a coach and trainer at Università di Roma Tor Vergata, where a Transition Management Programme was designed and delivered.
