David Kamal currently serves as the Director of the Social Responsibility Unit at the Quality Assurance and Continuous Development Center of the University of Sadat City, focusing on promoting a culture of quality within the university community and facilitating collaboration with other institutions. Previous roles include Teaching Assistant, where involvement in enhancing undergraduate education through support services was key, and Deputy Director of the Electronic Tests Unit, in addition to managing the Quality Assurance Unit. David also instructs courses at Cisco Networking Academy, specializing in network configuration and protocol support. Early experience at Telecom Egypt as a Technical Support Specialist involved diagnosing and resolving technical issues for customers. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computers and Information with a focus on information systems from Minia University.
