Kathy Decastro

Kathy Decastro is a Trustee at the University of Saint Joseph. Kathy has previously worked as Vice President Human Resources at Travelers, and as EVP & CHRO at The Hanover Insurance Group. At Travelers, Kathy was responsible for taking care of customers, communities, and employees. Kathy led a human capital strategy at The Hanover Insurance Group that supported portfolio diversification, growth, and profitability. Kathy is a innovative leader with a proven track record in HR, community relations, philanthropy, and compensation.

Kathy Decastro has a BA in Psychology from University of Saint Joseph and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of New Haven. In addition, they are certified as an executive coach by the ICF.
