Ashley Anderson

Ashley Anderson is currently a Student Success Specialist at the University of Saint Mary. Prior to that, they were a server at Grand Street Cafe from October 2013 to October 2020. Ashley was also a food server and server trainer at Backfire BBQ from November 2009 to September 2013. During their time at Backfire BBQ, they were responsible for developing and implementing internal procedures for front-of-house restaurant personnel. Ashley was also responsible for training new food servers to ensure quality and adherence to corporate standards.

Ashley Anderson completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas, earning a Bachelor of General Studies with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business.

Their manager is Michael Padow, Director, Student Success.
