Bryon Booker

Bryon Booker is a seasoned professional in the catering and conference services industry with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations for Catering & Conferences at the University of San Diego since September 2022, Bryon Booker focuses on staff training, compliance, audits, and risk assessments. Prior to this role, Bryon Booker spent nearly two decades at the University of Oregon, successfully executing over 5,000 events annually while managing logistics and overseeing a $3 million catering operation. Previous positions include Conference Service Manager at Valley River Inn and Food & Beverage Manager at Australian Foods, along with valuable internships in various hospitality roles. Bryon Booker holds a BA in Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University and an AA in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Central Oregon Community College.
