David Smith

David Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business technology and IT management. Currently serving as the Business Technology Applications Manager at the University of San Diego since January 2013, David previously held the position of IT Manager at US Concrete from March 2010 to December 2012. David's earlier roles include Job Captain at both Vasquez Marshall Architects and Weber Thompson Architects, as well as IT Manager at GGLO Architects.
