Dustin Sharp currently serves as Associate Dean and Professor at the University of San Diego since 2009. Previous experience includes roles as a Researcher for Francophone West Africa at Human Rights Watch from 2006 to 2008, and as an Attorney Adviser at the U.S. Department of State from 2003 to 2005. Earlier in his career, Dustin Sharp worked as a Law Clerk to Judge Carlos Lucero at the United States Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2003 and served as an Education Volunteer in the Peace Corps in Guinea, West Africa from 1996 to 1998. Dustin Sharp holds a JD, Cum Laude from Harvard Law School (1999-2002), a Ph.D. in Law from Leiden University (2013-2016), and a BA, Summa Cum Laude in English from the University of Utah (1992-1996).
