Eric Hafner

Eric Hafner currently serves as the Senior Director of Alumni Relations at the University of San Diego, starting in January 2024. Previously, Eric held multiple leadership roles at the Indiana University Alumni Association from October 2016 to January 2024, including Director of Market Engagement (U.S.) and Senior Associate Director of Alumni Relations. Eric's earlier experience includes managing residential life at Indiana University, where responsibilities included directing a significant residential community and supervising a large team. Eric's career also features positions at various Rutgers University departments, focusing on student conduct and leadership programming, as well as experience at Apple Inc. in visual merchandising. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from Indiana University, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University, and a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami.
