Kimberly Ramirez

Kimberly Ramirez is a Continuous Improvement Leader at Watkins Wellness since June 2017, where responsibilities include facilitating kaizen events and training employees in Continuous Improvement tools in both English and Spanish. Additionally, Kimberly has been involved with the University of San Diego since September 2013, serving in various roles including Student Coordinator for Scheduling & Staff Development, and Team Leader in both Scheduling and Communications. In these positions, Kimberly has supervised and scheduled employees, ensured project completion, and provided mentorship to Operations Assistants and Project Supervisors. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Diego, completed in 2018.
