Stephen Fazen

Stephen Fazen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology staffing and consulting, currently serving as President of MLS Technologies, Inc. since May 2000. At MLS Technologies, Fazen has developed efficient processes for identifying and placing technology professionals in various engineering fields, including Embedded Software, Hardware, Mechanical, and Cloud Services. Fazen has also held notable leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Information Technology Management Institute Advisor at the University of San Diego, President of the Marvin Ridge High School Athletic Booster Club, and President of both the Meadowbrook Education Foundation and the Valley Elementary Educational Foundation. Additionally, Fazen was President At-Large Chapter for TechServe Alliance, enhancing excellence in the IT services industry. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University and a BA in Political Science and Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
