Candice P. Adams, M.A. is a seasoned educator and administrator with extensive experience in student outreach, diversity initiatives, and higher education leadership. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Miami Dade College and the University of San Francisco, Candice facilitates courses that enhance student engagement and promote college success. In the role of Senior Associate Director of Access and Inclusion for Undergraduate Admission at the University of San Francisco, Candice has successfully developed initiatives that increase enrollment of underrepresented students, while also overseeing recruitment efforts and partnership-building efforts with community organizations. Candice's previous roles include Associate Director of Admission for Diversity Initiatives at the University of the Pacific, Program Coordinator for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Pretoria, and Financial Aid Counselor at New York University. Candice holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Francisco.
