Jairus Kent Vital, MTM, currently serves as R&D Jr. Manager at Pizza Hut Philippines since July 2017, where responsibilities include developing innovative products across various brand segments, ensuring profitability through material optimization, conducting competitor analysis, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration for effective product launches. Additionally, since January 2023, Jairus has been an Academic Staff member at the University of Santo Tomas, teaching several courses in food science and technology. Previous experience includes roles as R&D Specialist at The Wendy's Company, R&D Analyst at NutriAsia, and R&D/QA Intern at Hans Gourmet Services, Inc., with a strong focus on product development, optimization, and quality assurance throughout these positions. Jairus holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Santo Tomas.
