Clay Benaschak

Clay Benaschak is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR advisory and consulting services. Currently serving as Manager for HR Advisory Services at the University of Saskatchewan since October 2016, Clay has also held various roles within the university, including Interim Manager and Senior Strategic Business Advisor. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resource Consultant with the Government of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board, Employment Consultant at Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, and Regional Support Services Coordinator at Keewatin Yatthé Regional Health Authority. Clay's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master of Science in Management from Minot State University, and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation. Clay also completed the Canadian Securities Course and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Human Resource Management from the University of Saskatchewan.
