Nicole Shoaf is the Co-Founder and CEO of IntelliYeast Laboratories Inc., specializing in business planning, finance, human resources, and administration since January 2023. In addition, Nicole has served as the Manager of Finance and Administration within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Saskatchewan since March 2020. Previously, Nicole held the role of Director for the HeadStart on a Home Program at Westcap Mgt. Ltd. from April 2014 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes working at Morgan Stanley as an Asset Manager overseeing commercial real estate loans and as a Team Leader for European Syndicated Corporate Loans, as well as positions at Barclays and CIBC. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan and has pursued various relevant educational credentials in global operations management, operational risk, investment administration, and securities courses.
