Carl Hurst

Carl H. is currently the AVP for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at the University of Scranton since July 2017. Prior to this, Carl worked at TMG Health from August 2011 to July 2017 as the Director, Technical Infrastructure. Before that, Carl was the Manager Network and Desktop Infrastructure at Blue Cross of NEPA from 2007 to 2011. Starting their career at Commonwealth Telephone from 2001 to 2007 as the Manager Windows Servers and Desktop. Carl H. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Wilkes University. Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing network, server, and desktop infrastructure, achieving significant cost savings and technology advancements in each role Carl has held.
