Gerald C. Zaboski

SVP for the Office of the President at University of Scranton

Gerry Zaboski serves as the vice provost for Enrollment Management & External Affairs with divisional responsibility for public relations, marketing, community relations, undergraduate admissions and the University’s Small Business Development Center. He previously served as vice president for External Affairs from 2012-2014, and as vice president for Alumni and Public Relations from 2008 -2012. He has worked at Scranton since 1988 in various positions, including executive assistant to the president, a post he held for eight years, and director of public relations. Prior to joining the University, he worked as public information manager for the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. He serves as secretary on the Executive Committee of the Jesuit Advancement Administrators (JAA), on the Communications Advisory Council of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities, on the board and executive committee as First Vice President of the Scranton Lackawanna Human Development Agency, and as treasurer of the West Wyoming Hose Company #1. He is a past member of the board of the National Association of Presidential Assistants in Higher Education and a past president of the Scranton Lions Club. Gerry earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from The University of Scranton.
