Joél Lewis Billingsley

Joél Lewis Billingsley is the VP, Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at University of South Alabama. Joél was previously the Administrator at Youth Leadership Mobile from August 2001 to March 2016. In this role, they did consulting work with Mobile United, a non-profit organization.
