Ainslie Derrick-Roberts

Ainslie Derrick-Roberts is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in the field of health sciences and biotechnological research. Currently serving as a Research Fellow and previously as a Research Associate at the University of South Australia’s Future Industries Institute since January 2022, Ainslie also holds the position of Affiliate Lecturer at the University of Adelaide's School of Medicine since September 2018. Prior to these roles, a postdoctoral researcher at SA Pathology from October 2019 to December 2021, Ainslie dedicated over a decade to SA Pathology as a Malcolm Douglas Grant Research Fellow and Grant Funded Scientist from August 2007 to August 2019. Ainslie earned a PhD in Paediatrics from the University of Adelaide and holds a Bachelor of Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Hons) from the University of South Australia. Education was completed at Walford Anglican School for Girls.
