Emma Gardiner

Emma Gardiner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and remuneration strategies. Currently serving as Senior Manager: Remuneration and Reward at the University of South Australia since January 2023, Emma is tasked with developing and implementing recognition frameworks that align with the university's strategic goals. Prior to this role, Emma led the Workforce Design & Attraction at the Department for Education, South Australia, from May 2021 to January 2023, focusing on executive employment management and strategic people decisions.
