Julianne Parkinson

Julianne Parkinson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Centre for Modern Ageing (GCMA), a position held since April 2018, where the focus is on transforming the perception of old age and fostering an inclusive future. Alongside this role, Julianne serves as an Advisory Board Member for the University of South Australia's Post Graduate Advisory Board and Business School Advisory Board and previously held positions such as Executive Director at the Office of the Economic Development Board of South Australia. With a robust background in organizational leadership and governance, Julianne has also contributed as a Board Director at Brand South Australia and held various committee roles in organizations such as the Rhodes Trust and Asthma Australia. Julianne's education includes completion of the Stanford Executive Program and The Innovative Technology Leader Program at Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia.
