Lei Xu

Lei Xu is an experienced academic in the field of finance, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at the University of South Australia since March 2013, and as Editor in Chief at Wiley since May 2022. Prior roles include Lecturer at both the University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide, where service spanned from February 2006 to February 2013. Banking experience includes positions as a Banking Officer at China Merchants Bank and Bank of China from June 2001 to November 2002 and July 1995 to June 2001, respectively. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Finance from the University of South Australia (2005-2009), a Master of Business Administration from Shandong University (2001-2004), a Graduate Diploma in Education focused on Digital Learning from the University of South Australia (2019-2021), and a Bachelor's degree from Shandong University of Technology (1991-1995).
