Alexis C. Michalos, M.Ed, currently serves as a Residence Life Coordinator, University 401 Instructor, and University 101 Instructor at the University of South Carolina since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles at William & Mary such as Facilitator & Coordinator for Pre-College Courageous Leadership Institution and Academic Enrichment Programs Graduate Assistant. Alexis has also worked as a Graduate Advisor with FGLI @ W&M and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, English Language & Literature, and History from the University of South Carolina. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in College Student Affairs Administration at UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education, with expected completion in 2025. Recognized as a Magellan Scholar Grant recipient, Alexis has contributed to various research projects and held multiple leadership positions throughout the educational experience.
