Becky Padgett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources management and administration. Currently serving as the Assistant Dean and Director of Administrative Services at the University of South Carolina since September 2012, Padgett oversees all human resources activities for University Libraries. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at University Libraries, Manager of Distributed Human Resources, and Benefits Counselor at the University of South Carolina, where high-level assistance was provided regarding benefits and complex issues for faculty and staff. As President of Virtually Efficient LLC from June 2010 to December 2021, a diverse range of services were offered to businesses and entrepreneurs, encompassing administrative support and marketing. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at the Family Service Center of South Carolina and holding HR positions at Temple Inland and US Foods. Padgett holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
