Cindy Dyer

Cindy Dyer is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as PMO-Test Manager and Release Manager at Protech Solutions, Inc. and South Carolina Department of Social Services since February 2016, Cindy also holds a position at the University of South Carolina as PMO for Finance/HCM Testing & Change Management. Prior experience includes significant roles in project management within the State of South Carolina, focusing on finance and integration at SCDOT and SCEIS. As the owner of Logical IT and a senior project manager for SAP Networking, Cindy has demonstrated expertise in project management, defect management, and change management. Cindy holds a degree from Augusta State University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
