Mandy Kibler serves as the Associate Vice President for Admin and Finance & University Controller at the University of South Carolina. Earlier in the career, Mandy Kibler held the positions of Senior Accountant - Budget and Finance and General Accountant at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Mandy Kibler earned a Master's degree in Higher Education - Business Administration and completed Graduate Studies in Higher Education Leadership, both from the University of South Carolina.
