Dr. Heather Johnson

Dr. Heather Johnson is an experienced professional in higher education, currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Academic & Career Planning Center and Learning Specialist at The University of South Dakota since June 2010. Prior to this role, Dr. Johnson was the Academic Success Center Manager at Chamberlain College of Nursing from September 2007 to June 2010, and worked as a Counselor at Western Dakota Technical Institute from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Dr. Johnson served as a Career Counselor and Orientation Coordinator at Black Hills State University from 2001 to 2004. Dr. Johnson holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, a Master of Arts in Counseling & Psychology in Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all from the University of South Dakota.
