Rodrigue Rizk

Rodrigue Rizk serves as the Chair of the IEEE Siouxland Section as well as holding various leadership roles within IEEE Region 4, including Vice-Chair of the Conference Committee and Small Sections West Support Chair. Additionally, Rodrigue is the Graduate Program Director at the University of South Dakota and Vice Director of the USD Artificial Intelligence Research group. Prior experience includes work as a Computer Analytics and Design Engineer at iTether Technologies, where Rodrigue developed APIs and algorithms for remote patient management, and as a team member at CGI on a full-stack data science project. Educational qualifications include a PhD and Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
