Shivendu Shivendu is the Founder and CEO of Globus Learn Corp., a position held since October 2023. Shivendu serves as an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business since July 2015, having previously held the role of Assistant Professor in the same department. Earlier academic appointments include Assistant Professor of Information Systems at UC Irvine from 2008 to June 2015 and Visiting Assistant Professor at Emory University from January 2007 to June 2008. Shivendu's early career included extensive experience as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer with the Government of India from August 1984 to August 2009, along with a brief tenure as a Marketing Manager at Indon Pharmaceutical Ltd in 1984. Shivendu holds a Ph.D. in Economics with a focus on Contract Theory and Information Economics from the University of Southern California, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
