Tom Stablein

Tom Stablein, D.B.A., serves as the Director of the Global Master of Science in Business Analytics & Information Systems Program at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business since December 2017, where responsibilities include program direction and faculty roles for online and executive programs. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director and Area Lead at DTCC, establishing a project management organization and creating IT Business Value metrics, as well as holding various leadership roles at Constellation Energy. At Constellation, Tom led IT for the largest business unit, oversaw a significant IT budget, and successfully managed large-scale projects. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of South Florida, and dual Master’s degrees in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Additional experience includes a travel sabbatical and positions focused on operational performance and analytics at Bowne.
