Cato Rolea

Cato Rolea serves as the Head of Digital Innovation and AI at the University of Southampton, where strategic leadership in digital innovation and AI is a primary focus. As the Founder and Trustee of AI For Global Education and an Independent Consultant for UniGlobal Careers, Cato is dedicated to enhancing international higher education through Generative AI and emerging technologies. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Digital Transformation at Ecctis Ltd., Non-Executive Director at SMS Higher Education Group, and Chair of the Steering Committee for the Africa and Middle East Network (NTU).
