Christopher Yorke

Christopher Yorke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT services supporting research and enterprise activities at the University of Southampton, where roles have included Associate Director Research IT, Head of Research & Enterprise Services, and High Performance Computing Team Manager. With a solid foundation in web and database development, Christopher has contributed to significant projects such as the deployment of SharePoint 2010 and the development of HPC capabilities across various research areas. In addition to academic roles, Christopher co-organizes the DevSouthCoast user group, fostering community engagement among developers. Christopher holds a Ph.D. in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of Southampton and has completed a General Management Programme at Cranfield School of Management.
