Drew Crawford

Drew Crawford is an accomplished Sydney-based composer, producer, and educator with a diverse portfolio that includes work in TV, film, opera, theatre, dance, pop, cabaret, installation, sound design, concert halls, and digital platforms. Currently, Drew serves as the Director of Programmes and Associate Professor in Music at the University of Southampton, along with roles such as Undergraduate Admissions Tutor, Lecturer in Music, and Postgraduate Programme Co-ordinator. Previous experience includes teaching fellow positions at City, University of London and freelance composition and production since 1997. Drew's earlier tenure at the Australian Institute of Music involved course design and supervision for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Music Composition and a Bachelor of Music with Honours from the University of Sydney.
