Tim Leroy

Tim LeRoy is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consultancy, education, and leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder of Dirt Meets The Water since January 2015, Tim provides counsel for progressive organizations focused on integrity and purpose. Currently serving as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Southampton, Tim educates Masters students at the Winchester School of Art. Additional roles include Non Executive Director at Music Fusion, Advisor to the Board of Directors at Halen Môn, and Advisor to the founders at Manoir Mouret. Tim has a wealth of experience in non-executive positions and has previously lectured on business and self-employment skills at HMP Winchester. Academic qualifications include a CELTA from The University of Queensland and a foundation degree in Art Studies from Bath Spa University.
