Brian Gross

Brian Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and financial management, currently serving as the Senior Business Officer and Business Lead for Workday Financials at the University of Southern California since October 2014. In this role, Brian provides strategic guidance on business process design, oversees the operations of campus safety, legal, and risk management departments, and manages financial reporting to support executive management and the Board of Trustees. Prior to this, Brian held leadership positions at RCLCO, Waronzof Associates, Rudolph and Sletten, TRC Companies, Inc., and Pacific Research and Strategies. Brian's educational background includes an MBA in Real Estate from the University of California, Irvine, an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a BA in Environment, Economics and Politics from Claremont McKenna College.
