Chauncia Willis-Johnson

Chauncia Willis-Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency management and leadership. Currently serving as President of The Savvy Dimension, LLC, Chauncia is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Southern California. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Management, Chauncia is dedicated to promoting inclusivity in the field. Additionally, Chauncia has held the position of Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Tampa and served as President of Region 4 for the International Association of Emergency Managers. Chauncia holds a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University and is a Certified Professional Coach with a focus on health and wellness, having studied at iPEC Coaching.
